PolarPol is a research website that brings together the social science developed across my academic and policy work. It provides access to publications, invited talks and media contributions, ongoing research projects, and selected data visualisation outputs related to polar governance.

I am an international relations scholar researching polar governance since 2011. My work takes an interdisciplinary approach, bridging political sociology, diplomatic studies, and sustained engagement with policy stakeholders. By combining theoretical analysis with empirical and policy-facing research, I examine the complexities of environmental governance in both the Antarctic and Arctic regions.
